Workshop : Tea around the world


During this workshop we discuss and taste infusions that are not harvested from the Asian Camellia sinensis plant, such as South African Rooibos, South American Yerba Mate, fruit infusions and herbal infusions.


Also less known kinds of infusion among which mushroom tea, Ayurvedic tea, Cannabis tea, Coca tea are covered.


Undoubtedly you will discover new and unknown flavors !


Besides we will also demonstrate how to make a good cup of tea (temperature, importance of water) and which infusions can be perfectly matched with dishes. Foodpairing with tea !
